Interview: Superbig

Jimmy Fountalas is the lead singer from Superbig.

He joined us for an interview to talk about music.

Hi, how are you?

Living the nightmare.

So, how did Superbig come about?

Our parents got super horny on a magical night.

Do you have anything in the works now?

We just released our album Barely Holding On. We are excited to appear at Breaking the silence 10, an autism awareness benefit for children, on April 29th at Durty Nellies in Palatine, Illinois. In June, we will be debuting our music video which leads to our Caligula themed release party at the Playboy Mansion, or somewhere in Chicago.

How would you describe your sound?

It’s tough to describe our sound. Superbig looks to provide the authenticity that people are craving in this crazy world we live in. We look to provide a sound that is tempered by melody, which provides some familiarity but is also balanced by inventiveness.

What are your plans for 2018?

Play, Play, Play. Rest. Play Play. Eat, Play.

How would you define music?

The best gift I ever got.

Jack F. Williams
