Interview: Skizzles

Joining us for an interview is the wonderful Skizzles.

Hi, how are you?

I am very good thank you for asking, even better now that my track is out haha

So, how did you get into music?

I’ve always been surrounded by music for my whole life. My dad always used to listen to Rush with me when I was a baby and I always had a soft spot in my heart for music. I got into producing and recording around 5 years ago and it’s been my favourite hobby ever since.

How did ‘Worlds Apart’ come about?

Worlds Apart came about one night when I went into the studio and just sat down and started working. I didn’t have an idea in mind or anything, but I just started trying new things. I literally didn’t sleep that night. I got into the studio at about 11pm and got out with the song finished at 8am lol Once I get going I don’t stop haha

What were the challenges of making ‘Worlds Apart’?

Not too many challenges came about actually. It was a pretty smooth process. I just had fun with it.

What are your goals for 2019?

My goals are to just keep making new music that I am proud of. This will always be the greatest hobby of mine and I’m happy I get to share it with everyone.
